Tasting Room FAQ

Can I reserve a table?

Yes. Groups of 8 to 12 must call ahead or email ahead to make reservations. For groups over 12, we request a private party be set up. Please call (330-331-7383) or, for a quicker response, email us (whitetimberswinery@gmail.com) to inquire.


Do you only sell wine?

No. We have a full liquor license and we sell beer and spirits in addition to our house wines.


The parking lot is full. Is there room for us in the tasting room?

Most likely, yes! We have a sizable tasting room and plenty of outdoor space. And we often host larger private events in our White Room while the Timber Room is still open to the public.


Does White Timbers Sell Gift Cards?

Absolutely! Click here to enter our square site where you can purchase an online gift card, check your gift card balance, or even reload your gift card. If you would prefer to purchase an e-gift card with the special occasion graphics of your choice at our physical location, feel free to stop in to The Timber Room during normal tasting hours.


Can I bring my own food to White Timbers?

Our food policy requires that all food consumed on our property must come from a licensed kitchen. So please leave your homemade goodies at home and treat yourself to something from our kitchen or a visiting food truck. You are also welcome to order takeout from your favorite restaurant or have it delivered.

Can I bring my own beverages to White Timbers?

No. Our liquor license and policy requires that all beverages consumed on the property be purchased from White Timbers. We have a large selection of beverages, so you'll be sure to find something that you enjoy!

Can I bring my dog to White Timbers?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on the property. Service animals are always welcome.

Is the building climate controlled?

Yes, the entire building has HVAC heating and cooling. It is perfect in any season.

Can I smoke at White Timbers?

Yes, in the outdoor designated smoking area only.

Are children allowed at White Timbers?

Absolutely! But please make sure that they have adult supervision throughout their visit in both our outside and inside space.

Does White Timbers Own the Solar Panels?

No, the City of Wadsworth owns the solar panels.

Do you offer tours?

We do offer tours of our event space but do not offer production tours at this time. Once we move our production area into the main building, we would love to show you around.
