Things to Keep in Mind

Groups over 8 persons must make reservations in advance by emailing 24 hours ahead of arrival. All groups that are not a private event are limited in table use. No moving of tables without the help of staff.
We are not a restaurant and a party over 8 persons may not be possible without a reservation or booking event/party space.
All buses must email 7 days in advance and have a reservation.
Children (and grown-ups who want to cut loose and play like children) are welcome at White Timbers, but must have adult supervision at all times. Please stay within the roped boundaries of the property. We care for everyone's safety and enjoyment!
Our food policy requires that all food eaten or served at White Timbers is sealed pre-packaged or comes from a licensed kitchen (not your home kitchen). Items must arrive in their original packaging from the supermarket or restaurant. Please bring your own utensils and plates and take your trash with you.

NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. All beverages must be purchased from White Timbers. Luckily, we have a full liquor license and we have a great selection of beverages to choose from!
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets on the property; however, service animals are always welcome.
Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor areas only (not on the patio or within 25 feet of the doors).
